Tracy is an experienced business owner, entrepreneur and “detail diva” who supports individuals and businesses in achieving their professional goals by providing and utilising an array of unique and diverse business support methods and systems.

Before establishing CNI Tracy spent over 20 years in office management and PA roles. She has worked in areas such as finance, IT as well as charitable organisations. She has a National Vocational Qualification in Business Administration alongside numerous industry recognised business and financial qualifications and she continues to develop and maintain her skills to the highest level to enable her to expand and enhance the services Coffee Not Included is able to offer its clients.

Over the course of her corporate career and in more recent years as a business owner herself, Tracy has worked alongside senior executives, entrepreneurs and business owners and is very familiar with the specific needs and difficulties sometimes faced by businesses in this highly-competitive world.

Tracy now combines her successes in these executive roles with the insight her business experiences have given her to master intuitive methods of office support, thereby enabling her clients to smoothly and efficiently make their transition into the online world.
